Small Grants Fund
Supporting local communities and groups
We are always happy to consider with our Small Grants Fund, opportunities under our charitable status, whether it be maintenance of village halls, Christmas entertainment in local Sheltered Housing Communities or Talking newspapers for the blind.
We visit local groups to "spread the word" of our organisation on an increasing basis and to review recipients for our Small Grants Fund. Deveron District Age Concern awards grants of up to £1,000 per application, for the relief of local organisations or groups in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.
During 2019 we helped the following local groups amounting to some £10,000:
Who Can ApplyAny organisation or group within the AB44 or AB45 Post Code boundary that falls under at least one of the below categories may apply for a grant.

How To ApplyTo apply for a grant you will need to complete an application form and return it to us either by post or by handing it in at our shop.

Note: Completion of our Grant Application Form does not guarantee that a grant will be given. The amount awarded, if approved, will be at our Trustees discretion up to a maximum of £1,000.
